I believe you have to have this allowed in the COS and possibly the individual mailbox. There's a good chance that that the operators extension is not defined in the TVS. As for for ringing both operators, that's in the TD1232. Set up the 2nd operator in 006 and by default it should ring both at the same time. If not, you may have to check in 990, area 5 bit 15.
