I have this customer that has 32 users in one of the ICD groups, now he need to add 4 new extensions to that group.

I wonder if it is possible to solve this somehow, as the max number of extensions are to the best of my knowledge 32 in each ICD group.

Are any of the extensions portable stations? If they are then you can create a PS ring group, put all portable stations in that group, then assign that group to the ICD, and at the same time deleting the individual portable station extensions freeing up space in the ICD group.

If not, then it's time to sell them a bigger TDA!

32 is the max on all kxtda systems, If some of the members are on a delay ring you could overflow to them in a second ICD group or like county wide said put in a bell and a pick up button to answer the call or put a UCD button on the phones for pickup.

Not on this side of the pond you can't. 32 members is max, per group. The 600 can have 128 per group.

For Europe: TDA15,30,100,200 and 600 can have 128 members. But standard is 32 members for 15/30. For change this setting you have to log in at the highest level (Company level).

I only know of 3 different user levels and company isn't one of them. Where in the menu tree can you alter this setting?

I believe company would be for Panasonic Tech Support, I had this same question once for a TDA100. Tech Support said that they could give me more members in the ICD groups but that they would have to remotely dial in and allow that.
