Hello. I have no experience installing phone systems. I recently began working at the place I am at and they had someone else installing/programming these systems. The person no longer works here and left it half done. So I may be over looking something but I do not know what. I am having difficulty programming the ta824 it seems to not be recognizing the tva50. when I do the quick-setup it gives me a failed message. I have the extensions setup in the ta824. I've read the manual and even searched other sites I.E. https://www.voiceprocessor.info/prog-tva-1.htm If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. I have been fighting this thing for 4 months now! -Thomas

what extension do you have it connected to.
is the system ports set for Apits or dtmf
