KX-TD816 Caller ID Problem:

I have 1 PSTN, 1 VoIP and now 1 T-Mobile line. PSTN and VoIP pass Caller ID perfect. T-Mobile is sending Caller ID (Have tested directly from router to CID basic phone), but it is not displaying. Only says C001. T-Mobile said their CID signal is 400MS. CID is enabled, and 2 of 3 CID works fine, just not with T-Mobile. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Zalex, it sounds as though your T-Mobile line is line 3?
Switch this with the PSTN and VOIP lines and this will narrow down the problem.
Either the system doesn't like what's being sent or the system isn't programmed properly for the port that your T-Mobile line is on.
Switch it and see if it displays and let us know.

I have moved lines around, checked to make sure CID is enabled, and I also connected a basic CID phone to the T-Mobile router, and CID is passed from T-Mobile. I wonder if there is a different protocol now for CID, that the Panasonic needs to see? T-Mobile mentioned their CID is 400ms. If this is correct, how would I change this C/O to accept? Thanks!

"I have moved lines around"
Yes, but are you getting the CID on a system phone when you put it on one of the 2 ports that is already passing CID on your PSTN or VOIP?
That would tell us that you don't need to make any program changes as to how the system sees it.
It sounds like all you need to do is enable CID for that line in field 406.
What CO port is this plugged into?
Is this plugged into CO port 3?
You do know that 1 CID card is good for only 4 lines?

Yes, on each of the PSTN and VoIP lines (when moved to the port where T-Mobile line is) CID passes to System Phone perfectly.

Mr. Gemini, or anyone: I have call forwarded T-Mobile number to another VoIP c/o on the system, and Call ID passes to the system phones.... so, all CID is enabled on all C/O. Could it be DTMF or FSK type CID ?
