We have a KX-NCV200 installed that we are having problems getting the reports to run automatically. Presently trying to run 8 different reports.

I can be on-site, set the times to a minute apart to run all eight while I'm watching and presto, they all get spit out. Change the times to run after the close of business like the customer wants,(and of course while I'm not there watching) and I don't get any at all.

Customer isn't that far away, so I have been able to drop by to manually run reports several times to appease them but that ride is going to run out of gas very quickly. Customer's standpoint is that it should be automatic & they shouldn't have to do anything if I have it set up properly.

We have up-graded server & client to the latest/greatest versions.

I should also state that we are a certified dealer, and factory support has not been much up to this point. Sent email today with screen dumps of all of the report fields to see if they see some thing that I don't.
