I have an Panasonic Voice Mail system that is being connected to a Panasonic DBS72 and the system was programmed properly...pretty sure.... I feel that the issue is that the voice mail is not connected to the analog ports properly or that for some reason i don't have the analog ports programmed properly on the system (dumb ass). All of the proper system cards and boxes are installed in the system.

The main reason I know that there is a problem is we can not access the Amanda through the analog phone that the Amanda programming manuals state that you are supposed to be able to once connected to the system?>?>?

This is a unusual occurance, and the customers original PanaVoice systems hard drive failed and there was no choice but to go with a Amanda Flash.

Not sure what to do from here but need some help!!!

Amanda TS should be able to help out. They usually have a step by step to set up each phone system.

Did you plug the cables that were plugged into the panavoice into the amanda flash... what extension number did you dial for voicemail...the amanda once plugged in to the analog ports call the voicemail extension then enter the admin box 999, go thru the menu to set the telephone system type... get the code from the amanda set-up guide...the amanda web web site has the set up guide for download.

paid for support with a panasonic dealer. seems that the amanda voice mail is shot. customer did not purchase the system from us and the system requires an RMA. By the way...Amanda Tech Support is INSANE to get intouch with......

Hopefully I will be able to resolve this by next week.

I disagree. An Active Voice would have been a near match since the Panavoice is based on the Active Voice.
