Hi, Every now and then, I get the opportunity to setup call queuing for my micro business clients. How do I get a One Extension ICD Group to divert calls to its Mailbox ? I have 2 receptionists handling separate group of doctors. Each reception has been setup as a one man queue agent. But today one of the receptionist didnt show up, and her calls needed to go directly to voicemail.
How do I get this in on a button programming easily?
I tried Group forward to VM, but it goes to the AA greeting. Tried Group Forward to the member extension but it rings the extension before going to VM.
I dont want the ICD group mailbox here. ONLY the Extension Mailbox should take messages. Want to leave it easy for the receptionist.
Any help would be great.
I don't give discount, I give service !
