i was unsure where to post this topic i have a customer (school) that has this system to run their clocks and bells for the school. the bells and clocks are not working and classes started today the company that handles this told them it would be about 3 weeks before they can come out to service. they asked me (phone vendor) if i could work on this. i am asking if anyone know where i might find a manual on this or has worked on one any replies welcome thanks for all the past help

95% of the problems that I have encountered with Telecenters are fixed by unplugging it and plugging it back in. We get roped in the same way, by being the phone vendor on-site for an unrelated issue.
