Hi I have a KX-TDA30 Which is same as KX-TDA50 in USA
The problem I'm having is , when co line rings (incomming calls) only extension 101 is ringing but all other extension doe not ring however the red co line on other extension is flashing , any idea how to fix this ??

Well, at least it's half programmed. If it was not programmed at all, the light at extension 101 would be flashing and the others would be solid red.
By default, the lines ring into ICD Group 1. The members are programmed to either Ring, delay ring, or not ring. Check out the programming.

Sorry My Fault ^_^" When incomming call comes in the extension 101 top light is flashing in red the co line button is in green flashing
other extensions co line button is in solid red
so the system is not programmmed ??

Carl, on our tda30 the lines have no default group, the overflow to the operator's extension. but you have to assign ddi's or if analogue lines dil tables in co settings to a icd group and then set up the members for that group

Had play around with ICD groups ....no luck
Thinking to reset the system
I Wish someone could guide me step by step to set
this system up via PT phone or panasonic software (I got both)
I don't need fancy functions
Just act as basic PABX
able to receive phone calls from every extension
