Port 42/extension 41 is getting a constant busy and when calling it from a display phone it says, "busy". The extension did work at one point. I've tried powering down and reseating the card; same problem. The telset type is set to SLT. Sounds like something simple. Any ideas? :bang:

Tried 3 different phones. Unfortunately there are no other open ports on the system either.
