So the weird one, I have a SLC-8 card that went OUS after a power failure. When I try to INS it, it clicks and the software reports a card obstacle. Deleting it or moving it to another slot doesn't seem to change it. Since they are MD'd, it's probably going to repair, unless someone has any idea if it's field repairable.

I have not seen it on a slc before but it has happened on a few dlc16 cards. I was told it is a fuse wire on the board that goes. You will have to send it for repair

Yes dash one cards had under rated fuse in them and cards could fail at any time they came through with a bulletin years ago on how to swap cards out for new or modified cards at no charge....
