Hi Gents. Caller ID on my TAW848 stopped working for both PT's and SLT's. Tested the CO line directly with an SLT...CO lines do have CID data. What can I check in programming or do I have to remove the cards/reinstall? Any ideas? Thanks.

i just OUS'd the LCOT 4 & CID, physically removed, reinstalled, INS'd, and still no caller id. Thing is there is no extension CID showing up on the slot view either, and the SLT's still getting no cid data (altho card shows up and tests fine). Any thoughts? Did the CID just go bad? Should CID card show up in Slot view bc it doesn't. thanks.

Sometimes CID will work on a S/L and won't drive the card in the KSU. Try it with 2 or three S/L phones on the C.O., you might be surprised. And yes, it 'should' drive 3 phones directly on the line.

If your callerID card is not showing up under card properties, then you might have a bad caller ID card even though I've never seen that.
