I am working on a 96/72 DBS Ver8 in a government center I have a situation where a phone line CO#30 (The public defenders line) is direct ringing two phones the public defender and his secetary who is also in charge of zoning and in a ring group off an auto attendant for zoning calls. Public Defender calls(CO #30) that are going unanswered need to go to the public defenders mailbox (Amanda VM)but they are winding up in the zoning mailbox. When 2 phones are direct ringing the same line how do I program the call to go to a specific mailbox

I believe have used all 8 ring groups for other departments

Remove ringing from all phones except the Public Defenders for CO#30 and forward the phone to voice mail hunt group number and program call follower ID digits to mailbox.

So Panotechnic by saying to remove ringing from all other phones for co#30 are you saying there is no way to program "line ownership" on the panasonic. If so Ill have to direct ring to a single line port connected to a chime call forward No answer the chime to the public defenders mailbox program a direct pickup key on both the Public defenders phone and his secetary for the chime extension number and call it a day.

No you program the Co30 to ring at a particular extension and locally forward for a no answer 723 to your voice mail followed by programing CF ID to the type of voice mail you are using.
