They are all accessed with the optn command =( so it would show the optn but not the numbers you need to implement them there are really only a couple some with version 2.61 one is for adding a no DTMF option for Personal Custom Service. Another is to change the type of encoding used on the wav attachment for voicemail to email, and another for adding the DATE to the header of the email for fussy mail servers.
I really hope these eventually get rolled into the tool so you can activate them that way.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone who has access could download the tech notes for the V3 software update and post them. when you clicked on the link that brokeda posted did it work ? could paste links in a email for you its a lot of work to upload 7 pdfs somewhere ?

Do your maintenance consoles still show "TVA Maintenance Console (Version 2 mode)" at the top of the screen?
