I have taken over a site which has about 25 NT400 on NCP1000 its a call centre of some sort. The setup is as follows the NT400 are all in one group say 601. The problem is when person is making a call out and incoming call is coming in the dialling gets interrupted as all phones ring in the group. Also if a call is coming into 601 a person cannot make a call on the NT400 until the call is taken/answered. The only way to solve this at the moment is to use the log in and out function.
There is also another group 602 with NT321 with the same setup and no problem it appears to only happen with the NT400.
Any ideas
Has any body started to use the NT400 in a larger environment....

I have heard about this issue somewhere in one of the other forums just looked quickly but can't find what the outcome was ??? I suggest you contact obt directly or I would get on the tech support help line thats what they are there for .... Glad I didn't pitch that system the way yours is configured that is a lot of dosh to fork out on that many 400's and find out there is a major flaw in the kit and a have an irate client!!
