kt-td1232 outdialing restricted. System is a T-1 so trunks are from 25-48 and CO 1-24 are unused. Can access line CO 25-32. restricted shows up when dialing. Also,9 does not access the pool.

first if lines 01-24 are not being used untick them set them out of service . If it were me and there are no private lines on the system i'dd put all the
t1 lines into trunk group 1 and then I'dd put the ext you are using into class of service 1 and I'dd set up a dss and pair it to that test ext (I do this on every site intially, that has T or pri on it and I walk down all the line and make sure they all come up ) now hit intercom dial a 9 and make a call are you able to get through ?
