Anyone know if Callegra has a default admin mailbox and password that an administrator can log into via DTMF to reset passwords, etc. or does everything have to be done from the terminal?

This is not an Avaya product, so I don't know if anyone here can help you. Consider reaching the manufacturer ( https://www.callware.com/contact_main2.html). They can find a provider that is local to you.

Yes, I know. Someone thought it would be good to use it instead of a Merlin Messaging. I have also posted in voice mail. I have seen their website, but all they have is user guides and not admin guides. And I do not wish to become a dealer.

Callegra, hmmm sounds a lot like pellagra. ( https://dictionary.reference.com/search?r=2&q=pellagra) John C. (Not Garand)

I doubt that Callegra's website--rich as it may be--would offer information about passwords.
However, I don't think that you need to become a dealer in order to get support.
