I am having problems getting a Telrad system to forward calls.

I'd like to use the auto attendant/follow me method so I can control the times of fowarding.

I've made the following system modifications...

In the mailbox...

[4] Mailbox options
[3] Auto Attendant
[2] AAT Service [1] Internal (busy/no ans)
[3] Fowarding [4] Follow Me
[1] 1st Follow Me

[1] Follow Me
[1] Activate
[1] New Messages
[3] Dial Number 9Wxxxxxxxxxx
[5] Select Method [2] Regular Phone

Unfortunately, this does not have any effect! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Matt

Try 9*xxxxxxxxxx# as your number

Do you have a IVM, Imagen or Emagen?

What level of software?
Do you use dial 9 for LCR?

The 9*xxxxxxxxxx# did not work. If there is no answer, it dumps into voice mail.

Question: Does the follow me activate/deactivate take precedence over the programmed start/stop times??

Thanks!

what do you use to make a call out from your desk phone?
Dial 9 the number?
Use line key?

Can you go into your Voice mail and look at how they are set up? It sounds like you have it set to go to voice mail in your no answer and busy no answer and it is overiding your mail box settings you entered. Take a look in there and see what you have set up.
