I have a Digital 128 with v7.21 software. I have a set of phones in a ring/pickup group that ring ok when the the incoming call is from a CO line. When the incoming call is from one of our E&M trunks to a station in that group I want all phones to ring not just the one. Is that possible? Also does anyone have any manuals on this system?

As far as Manuals check the Tab above.
As for the groups. Do you know if they are MDN groups or hunt groups ( or maybe ACD). Anyway the E&M lines are using DID routing to deleiver to the station. You can set a DID to go to the DN number of the group and that would ring the phones like the CO lines do.
