Some of the message no. are set to S119 but don't play anything. What is the difference between a message that begins with an S (S119) vs a normal message (0100). How are they recorded?
Thanks!

You don't record S*** Msg's. There are System MSG's. 0100 is a App Genratore MSG's that the Customer records for opening Main greeting. Let us know what your trying to do and we will be happy to help you! What version is the voicemail? To record App Gen MSG's (0100). dail the VM access code. Then # and admin mailbox, the password, 4,6, then the MSG number.
