Hello.
My office is currently using Telrad digital phones - our software is the SB3, and we are looking to upgrade to the SB6 or better. Can anyone tell me how/where to buy this software and if it is worth upgrading the software or getting an entirely new system?

You can't buy software to upgrade to SB6. You need to purchase a processor card (MPD), new memory cartridge and upgrade the chips in all the other cards.
May I ask why you want to upgrade to SB6? I would like to give you the best answer to suit your needs!!!
You may also contact any of the Moderator's to help you in your upgrade process.
