I was assign to install the above system at a new Fidelty Financial location in Greenwood, IN. The Fiber Trunk had one 25 conductor cable which I had to punch down to meet up with cables from all the offices. I read that most systems requires two cables. All of the phones would be showing Dec 26 2007 today. One of the office ladies ccould get a dial tone but when she tried to dial out it came back with a statement that the admin would not let her. I am quite new and have not had the training Nortel. I also saw a box that allows for remote admin function. Can you tell me what I am missing to get the system up and running?
