There are pick-up groups programmed for various departments. When one of the main secretaries makes and All Call Page and a call is picked up in a group by using the 'Pick-Up Group' button, it kills the A/C Page. Any ideas?

Keukavly, have you found an answer on this yet? I told you I would post if I came up with anything brilliant, but I have not. I'm no Shiba guy by any means, but going strictly from the book, the only thing I could come up with is maybe some of the sets are programmed with Call Pickup "Directed" (484) instead of "Group" (480). I may be way off base but that's my only idea at this point. Let us know what you find out.

The only thing that i can come up with is that you might need to do a RAM check/clear in prog 00-52 & 00-62. I know if it is full it can cause some squirrly things to happen. Hope this helps! Keep us posted as to the fix.
Thanks for the ideas.....I actually asked Toshiba. They won't troubleshoot until we upgrade to ROM Ver. AW. The problem is this is a 911 center and there is a big problem taking them out of service for the upgrade....
Phonemeister...I have the customer checking Prog. 30 (He does alot of his own programming). I'll let you know
your processor version may have "known problems". all dealers should have access to the list. if it is on this list you should recommend upgrade to cover your butt. The processor can be changed fairly quickly depending on the size of your system. good luck m

This is a feature that allows a user to answer an all call page or a ringing station depending on the programming. The manual calls it selective pickup on all call page. Program 30 led 4 determines this on a per station basis.
