Hi,
My client has call waiting tones in the headset as opposed to the set speaker.
I know that a code exists to have those tones sound only through the speaker but I can't recall what it is.
Something like MIC, VOL UP.....??

To deactivate call waiting over the handset,(while on hook or off hook)press and hold redial and volume down button for about 3 seconds.I hope that helps.

Also verify that the strap is cut on the HHEU
