We have Toshiba DKT2010-SD telephones here at work. I am on the phone a lot so I decided to get a headset. I have the upper headset & plantronics base unit. I have been using it for the last week with no problems, but I have to lift the handset to talk and hang it back up when i'm finished. I wanted to be able to just push the line that's ringing to talk, but that puts it to speaker phone. I purchased a HHEU card thinking this would solve that problem. I have installed the circuit board and hooked the headset to this card, but it still won't work. Can somebody please help me, and explain in detail what I have to do? I'm not stupid, but i'm not a phone installer either. Thanks.....

On the HHEU card there is a short looped white wire on the card. This cable needs to be cut. Also you will need a release key programmed on your phone.
