I'm looking for a couple of answers… can you help???

1. DK424 - Using EKT and DKT phones…. EKT's are not giving DTMF on Voice mail???? (Stratagy DK)

2. MW lights not going on when have voice message… Is the program #65792 + EXT + redial. (Both Systems)

3. On Stratagy Flash - Call transfer from voice mail not ringing the phone and then going back to main company greeting (even if I have programmed #65691 + ext + redial).

4. (This one is really strange)… When calling ext. 202 from internal (CFWD BNA enabled, and id programmed), I'm getting greeting for ext 204, and message going to ext 204??? (On Stratagy Flash)

5. When changing a port # in pgm 04, voice mail is going to right place, but if reception transfers a call to the new extension number, she's getting vacant…

Lastly, need both admin programs Stratagy DK voice mail, and Stratagy Flash voice mail. Is it true you can't use same one for both?

Well talk about getting the job done! Thank you voyager... you really saved me a lot of time and energy. Those DTMF receivers can really bug up a system. I really appreciated your help and will definately be calling on you again if I need any more help!

Martin - No, forgot program 03 Code 94 for RRCS-12. Thats also why the VM was not lighting msg lights! She had some other things going on, but we fixed her up. Another happy customer!!!
