Please could someone tell me how to transfer a call directly to a particular person's voicemail. I have a Toshiba Strata DK280 telephone with Strategy Voicemail system. At the moment it only goes though to voicemail if the extension rings out.

Heres what you do......This works like a champ on the Stratagy.......
Go into Stratagy Admin, and in MB 990 and 991, do alt-G for groups and chains, in single digit 2 (or any empty digit) put 998. Make sure you do this in 990 AND 991.
Put a DSS key on the phone for the first port of Voicemail.
Lets say you used single digit 2. While you have a caller on the line, press the VM DSS key (This puts the caller on hold), when the main greeting answers, enter 2#, then the MB number and #. Then hang up. The caller hears music then the MB owners greeting.
Make sure you hang up right away so the caller hears the complete greeting.
So thats DSS key + 2# + MB NO. # then hang up.
