Call the phone company and have them associate your main line info with your other lines, that way no matter which line calls out, caller id info will show it came from your main line.

Tell Verizon they are smokin' crack. Junkman is right. The number that shows on someones caller id box is a function of the carrier. The DK280 cannot transmit caller ID digits over a copper trunk. Verizon can program each line to show whatever they want! Side note....upgrade to CTX with a PRI...then each station in the system can be programmed to show a different number!! Cool, huh? ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) [This message has been edited by Voyager (edited February 18, 2005).]
