this is amanda week
i have a 424 with amanda every extension works except 212 when called instead of going to mail box it goes back to main greeting just like c/f 656 is not there .
all 3 sets of c/f are in and match every other extension with mail 91 and 92 and cf busy no answer
the mail box is not in dnd mode
any ideas why this one mail box would
do this /i also took out m/b and put back in
and rerecorded greeting and play time

never mind
customer swapped a 10 button with a 20 button/ put the set in dnd /and put in c/f all calls to v/m
other then that everything was fine
