We use the DKT2010-SD Toshiba phone in the office. An employee started dialing a local number without activating an outside line and now the phone displays "SENT 203" where 203 is an extention of another employee. How do I reset the phone back to normal and what was activated?

Dial ext 203 and dial MSG MSG
Display will have 203 MW canceled.
Or got to 203 and dial intercom #409

Go to the phone that has the sent message and intercom the extension it says sent to(ex. 203)the phone being intercomed (203)has to pick up handset then hang up. This should clear the sent to message.
