I had gone in to mailbox 990 to check the system message, not sure what went wrong. Now company greeting has issues. I call the voice mail system, and got "sorry, a message may not be recorded for mailbox 990" followed by our company message. Had the message re-recorded, now when you call the voice mail system we get a portion of our company message followed by the "sorry" message but for box 991 now.
What do I need to change, a system message of the mailbox message ?

Check greeting #1 in MB 990. That should still be there. Someone may have inadvertently changed the greeting number..... ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net

voicemail with play the last greeting you listen to so if someone chose to listen to greeting 2 and there is no greeting you will get the (sorry a message has not been recorded message)go back and choose to listen to greeting 1.

Thanks alot, that was it. Wonderful forum. once I figure out my Amanda Version, I'll register and download the manual.
