just got the admin Software for our switch and was told by the software that the password i typed in is not good. the only one that i have is the default password. Can some one email me with a way to reset the system so that i can get in. Thanks for the time in this matter....

First make sure you are entering it correctly. Remember the password is case-sensitive. ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net
