I work for a small company here in Dallas. The field technician I am replacing neglected to leave all the manuals and whatnot for the phones and phone system.
What I am looking for is basic programming information (i.e How to turn background music on/off per phone, destinctive ring, etc, etc)
The phones we have are DKT2010-SD and DKT2020-SD. We have a cordless too but where the base was hidden is for later.
Anyway, can anyone help me out here?
