I have a customer that needs to use the telco forwarding feature. When he dials *72(i think) the system gives a fast busy. How would I program it so it would be allowed? Thanks in advance. ------------------ | Telephone Systems | Voice & Data Cabling

Is the station restricted in Prg. 41? If so, turn off the light for that station on line 1. Make sure the code is correct. Down here its #72. Dan ------------------ fingerlakestelecom.net

Your phone is probably toll restricted in Program 48, change to no restriction for that phone.
