Toshiba 424 version 4 A processor.
*33 501 and 502 assigned to 208 (port 008) 39 ##501 and ##502 on buttons.
*71 PhDN assigned to DN
*81 Lines 1 and 2 Prog for both PhDN
81 NO other ports assigned to ring those lines. 501 CFA to 502 CFNA to VM. (tried 501 CFNA to 502 CFA to VM as well)
Problem: trying to get lines 1 and 2 to go to a specific MB. When I call via intercom it works fine but when outside calls come in it never leaves the first PhDN. Used to work on same system about a year ago when site was multi tenant.

doing all programming by hand (phone) Set up all call forwarding by hand (phone) verified all ports are not ringing in 81. I have not tried program 33. doesn't seem applicable. I verified that when I call the PhDN it works fine. BTW ran 91-9 to clear system.

How many phDNs do you have programmed on 208? The max is 8. Program *81 is for day, *84 is day2 and *87 is night. Are you in the right day/night mode? Got to ask, why have it ring to 501 which is cfa to 502? Why not just ring 502?

Yeah it is in the proper night mode. and only have 4 PhDN on 208 for it to go to BOX 502 I need it transferred to 502, Thus send it to 501 (or any other) with a CFA to 502 (now transferred and is 502's call ) Any idea about line integration strings on the Toshiba so that the voicemail(Macrovoice MVX) will recognize the lines? As far as I know there isn't any. I am far from an expert but I am pretty good at the Toshiba, but unfortunately, I am doing what I have been taught so if it is wrong...Garbage in , Garbage out. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif)

Do you have the lines in program 81 ringing port 008 if not that may be your problem. If I remember correctly there may have been a problem with lines forwarding more than once on the DK. Have you looked at *80 as a different approach

I seem to recall there might be a problem of forwarding a phantom to another phantom. But, you might want to try to place 501 and 502 on seperate phones. The problem might be because they are on the same port.
But, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to have it ring 502 and CFNA to VM, with out the other transfer.

We always had problems going to a particular VM box for lines so a long time ago, Tech Support told us a work around for this, so for many many years and it always worked like a charm. (even on this switch in the past). If there is a better way I would like to hear it. I personally think we have some sort of corruption, but I need a way of confirming it. All Test (ram, ect) come back OK
