I really have no clue at all how this CTX system is supposed to work. I replaced an 8 port card with a 16 port 'pair' of cards in a simple square system configuration, then had to blow away the entire phone system config to get it to recognize the new station card. I can't figure out how to get the voice mail to work at all and the manuals are ridiculous. I would gladly pay someone I can call to give me direct phone support on this.
