I have a customer with a two cabnet DK280. I added an addtional PDKU2 and the 2nd and 3rd ports both come up as Ext 20 in a three digit dial plan. I changed the card - same problem with the 2nd & 3rd Ports. All other ports OK. Appreicate any help.

put a display on those 2 ext and dial #402
that will give you the ports
then go to program 04 and look at the ports and icm number if its 2 digits change them to your 3 digit dial plan ext #
and is there enough soft ware in the cabinet to support all your trunks and stations

Used #402 and showed on both ports: Physical 00 & Logical 00. Checked program 4 for the ports 049 and 050 and was correct three digts (249 & 250), but re-entered anyway. Still showing Sta 20 on both.

Try plugging in a display on ports 049 & 050 directly at the frame, do ICM #401 to see the station number. If it shows 249 & 250 then try dialing 249 & 250 to see what happens. Also call another display phone from these stations and see what shows up on their display. It maybe that someone changed the display name to say "20" do a ICM# 620, I think to clear name. Also check the ICM buttons for these two ports in program 39 to make sure they are correctly programmed for primary DN, and not a secondary DN of 20.

Unable to dial any ext. Will take 2 digits, any more terminates the call. No access to any lines, although shows busy lamps.
