Is WinAdmin required to get any utilization reports and/or statistics out of the CTX100? If so, how can I acquire WinAdmin? We own the CTX100 and I have experience on Nortel/Avaya PBXs. (Future plans are to remove this CTX100 altogether). Thank you!

You will need a BSIS card to give you a serial port. Then you can collect SMDR and use a call accounting program to create reports ------------------ Toshiba Technical Support at: fingerlakestelecom.net
