Background:
We have a Stratagy 24 V24.225/5.54 Voice Mail system
we have a Strata DKSUE424A Business Telephone System
Our phones are DKT2010-SD Phones

Problem #1: End user wants to be able to Call Forward All Calls to an outside number. Able to CF to an internal extension, but not outside.

Problem #2: Was testing some features on my own extension, now my phone no longer rings into voice mail, used to ring to VM after 3 - 4 rings, now just rings and rings and rings. Also when DND is on, external callers get a busy signal. I thought i had canceled everything i had tried, but must have screwed something up. I reset my Voice Mail extension on the Stratagy box, but still no luck. Is there a way to reset the DKT2010-SD? or to cancel the prgramming of it?

Any help would be great.

With #2 it looks like you cancelled your
call forwarding if you were messing with # 603 or #604 the instructions should be in your user guide.

I dont think you can call forward out side the system with your dk .

1. On a DK, the call forward external will work ONLY for DID or DIT calls to your station. That is, if a call was answered by a user or by the voicemail first and then transferred to a station that is in cf-ext, the call will not forward external. Or if a call rings on a station that has cf-ext AND the call rings on another phone at the same time, the call will not follow the cf-ext.
2. You need to re-enter the call forward busy/no-answer on you phone. Press intercom, dial #604+vm pilot no+system speed dial+no. of seconds before forwarding+Redial. Then hang up.

You can CF offpremise using the Staragy VM. This should be set up by a fluent Toshiba tech in that the programming (token) must be fine tuned in testing.

Thanks Guys!!! You rock!!! I knew it was something simple!!! My Voicemail is back up and running.

so the CF-EXT won't work with this system????what a bummer
