We have a DK424i that was installed by a teleco, unfortunately I don't have any of the manuals. We have a telephone banking system running on this PBX. The phone board and software doesn't learn the disconnect signal properly.
So my question is easy, what is the tone of the disconnect signal? The software is looking for something like : Freq1,Freq2,Ontime,Offtime
Thanks.

The DK424i sends a D tone to the analog ports that are programmed as voicemail ports to signal a disconnect.

Thanks.
So do you think this correlates to an F1 of 1633 and a F2 of 941? The program accepts frequecies.

My manual shows that the D tone is composed of those frequencies. But you gotta make sure that those ports are programmed to recieve D tones in program 31.

Well, according to my voicemail supplier these are the disconnect tones from CTX (I hope they apply to the DK too):
Disconnect 1: 425,24,50,5,50,5,1 Disconnect 2: 477,28,616,37,26,3,24,2,1
