I sure would!
Altigen does everything you have requested plus...and that is right out of the box.
As a Network Server Administrator you would find it to be a system that you can understand and configure to meet you changing needs.

We are a certified Toshiba dealer in Springdale, AR., and we would be happy to talk to you, if you still have the need!

Phil! Yes! Having someone local will help. We have been working thru a place out of St. Louis, which has been difficult when discussing options.

Thank you everyone for your input!

Actually, the 424 can do unified messaging if you get an ES voicemail, connects through analog ports. The ES is the same as the iES16 & 32, just in an external computer instead of in-skin.

The 424 can't do qsig to link your offices together, for that you'd need a CTX100. Also, the CTX can use IP phones, good for traveling or 1-3 person offices.

Phil, it's about time you got on here! (I'm from his main office in Fort Smith.)

I really don't have anything to add - just wanted to see the "hot topic" icon appear after the 15th post in this topic!

The CIX is a sweet stable product, can do all the IP and networking you should want and if you need more expansion, they cards are just taken out of the 100 and put in the bigger 672 cabinet and the phones are for both cabinets. A nice plus for the Toshiba is that there usually multiple dealers close enough to service you.

I sell Toshiba, Samsung, Nortel and I can buy anything at cost. I have a CIX 100 in my office.

I am a bit fussy, and while the Samsung has lots of features, the one I personally don't tolerate is the ringing. Bloo Bloo Bloo Bloop, Bloo, Bloo, Bloo, Bloop just makes me nuts and that is the best sounding ring. Of course this doesn't bother other people but it does me.

You never go wrong buying a Toshiba unless the dealer is the only one for 300 miles, he is the only one who knows how to program and he dies. Then and only then do you have to punt.

Thank you so much! We are looking at a CIX200 system, I think, with the iES32, possibly, with the Feature Flex, that will allow us to connect and program our own apps.

Thanks Again Everyone!

Well, now I know what the daggone purple question mark means.

Hot topic or everyone has to get their two cents in topic?

Anyway he should be happy with his new toshie and I learned about question marks.

Is there a detailed guide to all the funky things that we are supposed to discover on our own?
