Hi all, my company has a client that has a VP 100 and the only guy who knew how to program them is no longer around. I am trying to find out how to remotly login and change routing from greeting. If anyone could tell me where to find more info or help I would appreciate it.

You have another post about the same thing.

Did this missing guy remotely log in?

Yes I had a similiar post, I am told that he used to do it remotely. No one else here worked on them and I have never worked on one either. I would like to have them get a newer system also, however my contact there says that the powers that be will not pony up the dough to upgrade.
