Help,

Trying to utilize CF-EXT on a DK-424 with ISDN PRI DID. The DID number terminates on one DKT only, as documented, and still does not forward to the outside world.

Thanks!
-John

A DID is inward only. Are you trying to forward a call ringing into one DKT to some other location?

The inbound DID terminates @ the DKT & I'm trying to CF-EXT out to an answering service. Upon further review, it's actually a DK-280 with Rel. 4 software. I'm considering another approach utilizing the IVP8 that's in service there. Anyone got any experiance with that avenue?

We have done this with no problem. Is the speed dial code 49 set up properly to dial a line group number before the phone number? Does the DID ring only 1 phone.

Yep. I too have had success with other like systems. The variable is the ISDN PRI DID. I've given up on the CF-EXT option & moved on to utilizing the onboard IVP8 to accomplish this.
