I have a ctx 670.

i have an extension that is programed as phdn's on 3 other phones.

the users want it to have a delay ring, so i set it to delay 1.

tested and the delay works but the line rings 4 times before the phdn ring.

is there a way to set it to a lower delay for the phdn's?

Well I don't know of a way to set it to 0.5 so unless there is a guru with a different solution the answer is no.

This is great versatile software and Toshiba has even planned for delayed ringing, I don't think you are going to go around this situation.

Program 104 FB 10 for delay 1 and FB 11 for delay 2.
Applies to all DNs.

I thought you could set different delay times for phantoms.

You could use the Multiple Call Group and change the delay ringing times there.

MCG would work perfectly for that situation... saves a button on each phone too.
