I don't have a cheatsheet on this but you have to put the lines in a line group, etc. It is nowhere as simple as the 424.

You have to have the admin software and a laptop.
Buy your way out of this install and get a local dealer to put the circuit up. They can load the software on your laptop and train you.

In earlier days, you could pretty much figure out a T-1 from reading the manual, the CTX/CIX series is out of the book reading league for most all and you still need the admin software.

Please, buy your way out of this with a local dealer and be happy. I am sure people would like to help you as I would, but this is past the normal how do I do this section.

Just an update - we were the dealer on site; however, the customer inisisted on a Saturday cut and it fell on the Saturday of New Year's Eve Weeeknd! Tech support wasn't helpful when we called them and it finally came down to we had to make a T-1 cable instead of using the one that came in the cable kit. We beleive there was some funky progrmaming in the smart jack from Telco because we couldn't even plug directly into the smart jack from the RDTU card. Once the tech made the cable, we were good to go.
