Hi,
I have to install an external moh player to a toshiba ctx 100 tomorrow. Do you guys know if there is a moh port on the pbx and also is there any programming involved.

there is a MOH port on the processor. There are two ports, one for music and one for paging. I dont think there is any thing you really have to do since the system comes default to use that port for music.

If it's an older CTX processor, there is a third RCA connection. The 3rd one is pre-programmed to waste your time wondering what it is for.
If you have a Phone near, enter #49001. When you plug in your Music source, you should here it from the speaker. Enter #491 to cancel.

Agree with that! First week working on the CTX's I pluged it into the third jack and left taking it for granted it worked and had to come back to customer site. Thats called bein GREEN! But then of course it's Toshiba's fault ! right? NO!. LOL :shrug:
