Hi again,
We are using GN Netcon 9120 wireless headsets with the headset card in the phone.
When we use the headset, the speaker phone does not seem to turn off completely. You can hear the conversation thru the speaker phone. We have decreased the volume to minimum, but there is still a faint echo.
Is there a way to disable the speaker phone when the headset is in use?
I asked our vendor and they did not have an answer for me.
