I have 2 problems on 2 seperate DK424 C/D 4.3,

#1 has a T1 with Qwest and over the weekend we lost the ability to hook flash on channels 1-16, 17-24 can still hook flash. And we cant receive calls on channels 13-24, but can call out on them. When I press Flash I get an F on the lcd but it doesnt do anything. Qwest of course said they didnt do anything and say its on our end. I know I didnt change any programming. Is there even a way to do this with the 424. :bang:

#2 I installed a PRI into one of our systems and everything works great but I cant flash out. I dont get the little F when I press flash. I have 499 programed in on 39. The flash key works for the pots lines we have just not the PRI, so im sure I missed something in the programming. Thanks
