We are tring to track what happens to an incoming call if it gets answered or if it goes back to vm we have a cix 670 with a bsis our problem is an incoming call in the smdr data stops when the auto attendent picks up can we see the whole call process by smdr? Is there another way to do this?

i did didn't change anything does it matter that i have an H after the ext in voice mail?

I think i got it i wasn't picking up the ext and answering the call.
