I have a customer (School) that do not have display phones. The secretary has to use a 3 digit code to call LD. Her phone (Station 10) is the only one that will not accept the 3 digit code. What program do I use to let her have access? I know how to get past the password, but having problems past that, such as program code then next.
Thanks

Is everyone assigned a different code? Is she the only one using that specific 3-digit number? At what point do you enter the number?

Usually the LD account codes are provided and managed by your carrier. You dial the number then hear a tone. When you enter the number, the carrier completes the call.

Every one has a different code, but will work at other stations. They dial the number, then put in the code.

On station 10 it drops the call when you put in the area code. This is the only phone that does it.

Sounds like Sta 10 is Toll restriction program 48 but you will need a DKT2020SD (20 button display phone) to do the programming. But Dan is right about the other, you LD carrier is using account codes when dialing LD. Can the user of Sta 10 go to a different phone and use her account code to complete a LD call.

Do you have a 20 button display phone to program with? How about a program guide?
I will post here instead of send this by PM, the way it is normally sent.

You need tech level support, this level of help is not available on the open forum. Please contact a Toshiba Dealer in your area for assistance. If you cannot find a dealer, check the Installer link at the top of the page, or send an email or private message to a Toshiba Forum Moderator.

I have downloaded the manual from your site. I do have access to a 20 button set. Another Question. If I program this from station 10, does that effect just 10 or all of them on the system?
